What sets me apart
Curiosity as a source of judgment
My superpower is my curiosity. And that isn’t about chasing what’s new. It’s about building better judgment over time. I believe learning is an important thing as it changes how you decide—what to adopt, and what actually fits the problem in front of you.
That belief shapes how I approach design. I stay open to new tools, ideas, and patterns, but I’m deliberate about what I take on. I’m less interested in novelty for its own sake, and more focused on whether something holds up in real work and makes execution more intentional.
The Systems Strategist
I go upstream, so teams don’t fight the same fire twice.

I’m naturally systems-oriented - I instinctively ask the “but why” behind every issue. When a problem shows up, I look upstream for the assumptions, decisions, or incentives that allowed it to exist in the first place. While quick fixes can help ship under constraints, I focus on ensuring we’re solving the right problem, not just the visible one.
The Stabilizer
I take over when things scatter.
I’m rarely the loudest voice in the room, but I’m often the one who steps in when work starts to fragment. When a project begins to feel stuck, I’m usually the one who takes time to absorb context from stakeholders, then translates those inputs into something concrete the team can react to.

TESTIMONIALS
Elizabeth is a highly skilled product designer who takes ownership of her work. She actively learns about business goals and user intent, and consistently delivers thoughtful, high-impact UX solutions. Her work is the result of relevant research and experimentation, and she presents her designs clearly and persuasively. She welcomes feedback, but will defend good design decisions when appropriate. She self motivated, dependable, and a true pleasure to work with. I would gladly hire her again, given the opportunity.

Doug Doe
Director, Live Platforms @ eBay
Liz's strength lies in design systems, but her thinking goes well beyond UI polish. She approaches problems with structure and clarity, balancing user experience, product goals, and scalability. As a designer, she’s detail-oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture. Her feedback is thoughtful, and she collaborates closely with others to move things forward.

Derick Tsang
Senior Product Designer @ Visir
When Elizabeth joined Stage TEN as our first dedicated product designer she immediately made a huge impact. We worked closely together to overhaul the product design system and many user journeys. Her designs were detailed and highly organized in a way that made implementation easy. She was extremely empathic towards the user which led her to create thoughtful user experiences. She communicated clearly and effectively. It was easy to collaborate with Elizabeth because she was receptive to feedback but also had convinction in her designs and was willing to defend her position with well researched ideas and thoughtful arguments. Elizabeth is highly capable beyond her years and I would not hesitate to recommend her.
